These full-bodied supercharged race cars have always been and always will be one of the most crowd pleasing at a drag race. All cars must utilize 1972 or earlier body styles. Traditional long smoky burnouts can sometimes last the entire length of the racetrack! Today's AA/Gas cars bear much resemblance to their forefathers with body styles ranging from the ever-popular Willys coupes to the scary short-wheelbased Anglia's.
AA/Gas cars often utilize blown Chrysler and Chevy motors with large cubic inches and high in horsepower. The fuel utilized in today's Pro Supercharged entries is generally alcohol and when you combine a 2,000 horsepower engine with a short wheelbased, full-bodied coupe, stand back - it's going to get exciting! A sure ten on the cheer-meter!
