Music City, USA comes alive for three big days of spring time hot roddin in the Mid South!  Goodguys 8th Nashville Nationals storms LP field in downtown Nashville May 17-19 with a giant show & shine and an All American Sunday for late model American made & American powered cars Sunday May 19th! In just 8 years, the Goodguys Nashville Nationals has become THE spring time Goodguys event for Midwestern, Southern and Eastern Goodguys members. Just like last year – Registration for the 8th Nashville Nationals will be located inside the East Side Club throughout the weekend. The snazzy onsite location offers a spacious lobby for event participants to mingle with fellow rodders, pick up credentials and see the latest and greatest in Goodguys merchandise and more! Hours of operation for this year’s 8th Nashville Nationals event registration center are Thurs 9-5, Fri 8-6, Sat 7-3 and Sun 7-NOON.

Put your rod, custom, muscle car, trick truck or classic on display at the home of the Tennessee Titans…LP Field! With shade trees, paved cruisin’ lanes and plenty of grass, LP field is a stellar venue to kick back and show your pride & joy!

It’s a whole new year for Goodguys AutoCross! Catch the all-new Goodguys AutoCross Shootout presented by BF Goodrich or pound the pavement by hot lapping your car for FREE! All registered event participants can run their show car or truck for no charge. All you gotta do is pass a simple tech inspection! Run for glory and prizes and see what your machine can do! Four classes are available for participants, including Street Machine (‘55 & newer), Street Rod (‘54 & older), Trucks (all years through ‘72) and the All American Sunday class for late models. Each class winner receives special awards and gift certificates as well a spot in the event winner’s circle for Sunday’s awards ceremony. Not to mention national bragging rights!

All American Sunday participants are eligible for all show activities including the show & shine, Goodguys AutoCross and more! Tennessee hot rod legend Bobby Alloway of Alloway’s Hot Rod Shop (www.allowaysrodshop.com) will be on hand to personally select the Goodguys Builder’s Choice awards at the 8th Nashville Nationals. Let’s face it folks…NOBODY builds a nicer hot rod or gets them to sit better than Bobby Alloway plus he’s the builder of last year’s Goodguys 2012 Classic Instruments Street Rod of the Year. So shine up yer’ ride and get over to the Builder’s Choice parking area Saturday, May 18th from 7am-noon!
