-24 year old Kyle Larson abused this 410 sprinter and the video below is amazing

Undeniably one of the brightest up and comers in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series is 24 year-old Northern California native Kyle Larson, driver of the Target #42 stock car for the Chip Ganassi stable. Like many other successful drivers, Larson first gripped a steering wheel at the ripe age of seven racing Outlaw Karts and progressing into winged and non-winged sprints throughout Northern California. From there he moved into and upward through the USAC midget, Silver Crown, and Outlaw Sprint Car ranks and is only one of two drivers to win in all three types of USAC cars on a single night back in 2011 at the 4-Crown Nationals held at Eldora Speedway in Ohio. The kid can sling it around the dirt.

Over the past four years, this Nor-Cal boy-wonder has been on a mission. Larson has raced in over 200 events between the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, Xfinity Series, and Monster Energy Cup Series. Of those 200-plus events, he’s claimed 113 top 10 finishes, four pole-position starts, and eight event wins landing him atop the podium. There’s no doubt the Elk Grove, California native will continue that upward trend of success on the asphalt but it’s what he does on the dirt that stokes our fires!

Just this past 2016 season, Larson returned to his roots for a few hot laps around Placerville Speedway in Northern California. His ability to control a sprint car amazes us alone, but doing it so well after being away from it for a while clearly shows he’s a round track ruler. Crank it up…
